A Look Back on 2023

Twenty twenty-three cheers to a year of creating intentionally, appreciating deeply and supporting one other sincerely. It feels like the last 365 went by in the blink of AI!

We turned up the team spirit, caravanning to Kansas City to lend a helping hand with a super special event, collaborating with Easton Events to create a bespoke pattern for Neely & Chloe and co-sponsoring the St. Louis Fashion Fund’s landmark 10th Anniversary Campaign.

We shared our industry insights, serving as a panelist (and the branding brains!) for Kate and Company’s inaugural Landlocked Luxury conference, speaking on the topic of creative entrepreneurship at the Intersessions Conference and spilling some CBP business tea on the No Secrets Added podcast.

We designed for weddings near, far and wide. St. Louis, Chicago, Cincinnati, Austin, Anguilla, Asheville, Nashville, Nantucket, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard, Montego Bay, Mexico, Montréal, Boston, St. Barts, Boca Grande, the Bahamas, the Hamptons, Tuscany, Sicily, Verona, India – love actually was all around the globe.

We fangirled – or better yet fan-mailed – over some of the year’s leading ladies, commemorating Barbie and the US Women’s National Team with collector’s edition stationery sets.

We began to revamp our retail, developing products to help keep kiddos smiling throughout the school year and debuting a new selection of personalized paperie. PS We’re just getting started – personalized stationery collection coming early 2024.

We rang in our merriest mail year yet, offering our largest, most personalized holiday card collection to date. The snail may have clocked more miles than Santa this season!

We toasted our professional and personal successes, celebrating Mary Kunnath’s milestone 10-year CBP anniversary and saying bittersweet goodbyes to beloved, longtime colleagues.

We grew our families, welcoming four new babies to the extended CBP team, and we outgrew our office space! Stay tuned for our new address in the new year.

Good things (and challenging things) came in 2023, but now we’re looking onward, upward and twenty twenty-FOURward! We hope it’s the bee’s knees.
