How do I change a shipping address after placing an order?
  • If the order has not yet shipped, please email orders@chereeberry.com and include the following:

     

    1. Your order number

    2. The updated address

     

    Our team will modify the information on your behalf.

Do you ship packages internationally?
  • Yes, we do offer international shipping!

Do you offer local pickup?
  • Yes! You can purchase stationery, gift wrap and all paper products on our website and choose local pickup at checkout to avoid shipping costs. Don’t head our way right away! An email will notify you once your order is ready, and then you can swing by, say hi and get your goodies. Enter through the main red doors of the Clayprice Center and you’ll find us two doors down on your left – look for our pink neon sign!

When will I receive my order?
  • Arrival times vary based on the items you order. Expect off-the-shelf items, such as boxed sets, in 3-5 business days, or in 48 hours if picking up.

     

    Due to their tailored-to-you nature, personalized collection items, such as baby announcements, holiday cards, stationery and wedding invitations, require a more involved multistep process:

     

    1. Depending on the complexity of the design, you receive a digital proof within 2-7 business days of placing your order. If you request a revision to your proof, each round of revisions takes an additional 1-2 business days.

     

    2. Production only begins once you have given us your final approval. Depending on the predetermined or chosen printing method, production takes 10-20 business days.

     

    3. We ship your order via the option you select at checkout. If picking up, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready.

How do I track my order?
  • You can track your order two ways:

    1. Go to the “My Account” page and login. Navigate to your orders and click on the tracking information link.

    2. Click on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.


RETURNS

What is your return policy?
  • We strive for complete customer satisfaction! If you’re unhappy with your shop purchase*, please email orders@chereeberry.com within 14 days of delivery and include the following:

     

    1. Your order number

    2. Reason for return

     

    Our team will reply with a return label to print and adhere to the outside of your shipping box. You can either bring your return to a UPS store or drop box or call UPS and schedule a pickup. The cost of the original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

     

    *Please note, we do not accept returns on our personalized collection items. This includes baby announcements, holiday cards, wedding invitations and personalized stationery.

What should I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item? / What should I do if there’s something wrong with an order I received?
  • We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email orders@chereeberry.com and include the following:

    1. Your order number

    2. A brief description of the problem

    3. A photo illustrating the issue

    4. Your preference for an appropriate resolution

    Our team will review on a case-by-case basis and promptly provide either a replacement item or a full refund.


GIFTING

Do you gift wrap and/or include a personalized card?
  • Yes! You can pay $5.00 to send gift-wrapped stationery with a custom note. Please look for the gift wrapping options at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?
  • No, we do not offer gift cards at this time.


COLLECTIONS: PERSONALIZED STATIONERY

What is your standard packaging for personalized collection items?
  • A beautifully presented package is our bread and butter! All collection orders arrive at your door neatly packed in an elegant white box stamped with our gold-foil logo.

What is your stationery weight?
  • The standard weight of our paper is 110 lb., but we also offer double-thick cardstock.


COLLECTIONS: HOLIDAY CARDS

If I ordered machine calligraphy, where do I send my address list?
  • Please enter your recipient addresses into our machine calligraphy template exactly as instructed and send to your designated project manager.

When is the latest I can order holiday cards and receive them by December 21?
  • Our collection cards require 2-4 days for design and 8-10 business days for printing and production. We recommend ordering your holiday cards by December 5th so that you can receive them by December 20. You should allow about a week for your holiday cards to travel through the USPS before reaching mailboxes.

     

    If ordering after December 1st, we recommend choosing expedited shipping at checkout to ensure your card arrives in time for you to stuff and stamp all of your envelopes.
