When will I receive my order?

Arrival times vary based on the items you order. If your order contains multiple products, we will wait to ship until your entire order is ready to ship.

Expect off-the-shelf items, such as boxed sets, in 4-8 business days, or in 48 hours if picking up.

Due to their tailored-to-you nature, personalized collection items, such as holiday cards and stationery require a more involved multistep process:

  1. Depending on the complexity of the design, you will receive a digital proof within 1-4 business days of placing your order. If you request a revision to your proof, each round of revisions takes an additional 1-2 business days.
  2. Production only begins once you have given us your final approval. Depending on the predetermined or chosen printing method, production takes 5-17 business days.
  3. We ship your order via the option you select at checkout. If picking up, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
How do I track my order status?

You can track your order two ways:

  1. Go to the “My Account” page and login. Navigate to your orders and click on the order number.
  2. Click on the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re local to Saint Louis, you can purchase stationery, gift wrap and all paper products items on our website and choose local pickup at checkout. However, don’t head our way right away! An email will notify you once your order is ready, and then you can swing by, say hi and get your goodies.

How do I change a shipping address after placing an order?

If the order has not yet shipped, please email orders@chereeberry.com and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. The updated address

Our team will modify the information on your behalf.

Do you ship packages internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! Please email orders@chereeberry.com for pricing and shipping speed options.

When is the latest I can order holiday cards and receive them by December 22nd?

If your order is placed by 5 p.m. CST December 11th, we will ship your order out December 21st. Please choose overnight shipping at checkout to receive your cards by December 22nd.

If your order is placed after December 12th, receiving your cards before Christmas is not guaranteed.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We strive for complete customer satisfaction! If you’re unhappy with your off-the-shelf purchase*, please email shop@chereeberry.com within 14 days of delivery and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return

Our team will reply with a return label to print and adhere to the outside of your shipping box. You can either bring your return to a UPS store or drop box or call UPS and schedule a pickup. The cost of the original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*Please note, we do not accept returns on our personalized collection items. This includes holiday cards, personalized stationery and personalized gifting.

What should I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email shop@chereeberry.com and include the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the problem
  3. A photo illustrating the issue
  4. Your preference for an appropriate resolution

Our team will review on a case-by-case basis and promptly provide either a replacement item or a full refund.

Can I apply a discount towards an order I've already placed?

At this time, we do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.

Gifting

What are your gifting options?

For an additional $5, we will include a hand-written note and a bow using premium ribbon. Please look for the gift-wrapping options at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

No, we do not offer gift cards at this time.

Personalized Collections

What is the process for a personalized stationery or holiday card order?
  1. Personalize the product you love! Questions during this process? Reach out with the Live Chat option in the bottom right hand corner.
  2. Place your order.
  3. Our designers get to work on your complimentary digital proof! Typically, proofs are delivered in 1-2 business days, but custom art may require more time. Check the Turnaround Time section on your product page for more information!
  4. Once your proof is ready, you'll receive a link in your email to review. If you have any revisions, make sure to submit them on the proof page – do not reply to the email.
  5. When you're satisfied and checked that all information is accurate, approve your proof.
  6. Our team begins the production process within 1 business day.
  7. Once your items are printed, our production team checks each and every piece by hand to make sure they meet our standards.
  8. Our shipping specialist packs up your all items in your order when ready to make sure they arrive safely and you receive an email with your tracking number!

The turnaround for your stationery is dependent on your prompt proof approval and the upgrades you chose for your design.

Our design team will create your complimentary digital proof and send it to the email provided at checkout within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the link to your proof, you can either choose to approve the proof or request changes.

  • Flat printing on single ply stock: 5-7 business days
  • Double thick stock, letterpress, foil, or painted edge upgrades: 10-12 business days
  • Beveled edge upgrade: 15-17 business days

Will you ever send my order to print before I approve my proof?

We provide a complimentary digital proof for all personalized stationery and holiday card orders!

Our team will follow up over email if you have not approved your proof after 2 calendar weeks. If we still don't hear from you, we'll follow up 1 week later with a phone call. If, after 30 calendar days, you have not responded or approved your proof, we reserve the right to send your order to print and ship to you without your prior approval.

I'm in love with one of your designs but am interested in changing the text or design. Can you do that?

Yes! We are able to accommodate many design change requests for an additional fee. Please see below for general pricing:

Text Edits – $25 each revision

Small Design Edits – $50

  • Think color changes!

Medium Design Edits – $100

  • Some photoshop work

Large Design Edits – $150

  • Three or more custom icons on item
  • Extensive photoshop work

How do I request proof revisions?

If you have revisions to your proof, please submit them on the page where you view your proof. Choose "Request Changes" and submit your comments, and our designers will make those changes for you.

Any revisions after ordering will incur a $50 charge. This does not include spelling errors.

Once your proof is approved, you will not be able to request changes.

What is custom art?

Custom art is exactly what it sounds like; an illustration or detail that is customized to you! In our collection, you can find options that include a custom illustration of your home or family, or smaller touches like custom icons that represent you.

If you’re interested in an illustration style that you don’t see offered in our collection or want even more options for customization, you can create a completely custom card or stationery set with us! Please fill out this form and a member of our account management team will be in touch within 2-3 business days. 

What is foil stamping?

Foil stamping is a printing method that uses a heated plate to adhere a very thin layer of foil to a surface. It's extremely versatile and can be used on a wide range of materials.

In our holiday and personalized stationery collections, we only offer gold foil, but foil is available in an almost infinite range of colors and finishes! Some of our favorite foil-stamped cards in our holiday collection are Handwritten Wishes and Time to Shine.

What is letterpress printing?

Letterpress printing is a traditional method of printing that results in an impression into the paper. The ink color is mixed by hand and each card is fed through the machine one-by-one, resulting in a beautiful, textured finish.

What if I have design changes I'd like to make after I've submitted my order?

Changes to your proof cost $50 for each round of revisions. These could include changes in color theme, changes in personalization and anything else that is a choice by you and not necessitated.

You will be notified via email from our project manager for each additional revision cost.

Holiday Cards

If I ordered recipient mailing address printing, where do I send my address list?

Please enter your recipient addresses into our machine calligraphy template exactly as instructed. Please email your completed list to us at shop@chereeberry.com.

If you've ordered a card with us before and would like us to send your most recent list, please reach out!

What is a card greeting?

A card greeting acts like the headline of your card. This can be a classic seasonal greeting or a more whimsical message! Not all cards have the option to change the greeting. If you see a card you love, but you want a different greeting, please reach out to inquire about a custom holiday card.

What is a card sign-off?

A card sign-off is a secondary greeting, separate from the main greeting of your card and different from your family names. Not all cards include a sign-off. If your card includes sign-off text, you will have the option to choose your sign-off while choosing your card options.

How will your copywriter edit my captions?

Our in-house copy team is experienced with clever wordplay and seasonal sentiments! For some cards that ask for custom captions, we will proofread your messages for grammar and spelling errors and lightly edit for clarity. If you prefer to keep your messaging on the card the exact same as typed, please note it in the same field as your message.

If you'd like to convey a specific tone, please give direction in the Additional Notes field while placing your order.

Please note that our copywriter will not give options for different messages, and subsequent revisions cost $50 each round.

How do I know what order to list my family members?

Our typical holiday card etiquette recommendation is to list family members in an opposite-gender relationship with woman first, then man, then children in order of age (oldest to youngest), and pets last if you would like them included.

Please list in the additional notes section of your order if you would like us to include small paw prints next to pet names!

While this is generally our recommendation around listing names, feel free to order however you like!

What will my envelope look like if I order a colored or scalloped envelope?

If you choose to order a colored envelope, the artwork on your envelope will be modified to print in one color at CBP's discretion, depending on the design.

If you order a scalloped envelope, only the return address and recipient address will be printed. We are not able to print artwork for collection cards on scalloped envelopes at this time.

Why don’t you offer white ink printing on envelopes anymore?

After doing some R&D, we found that white printing for the recipient’s address makes it more difficult for the machine to read and results in slower delivery. We understand that the holiday season is limited and don’t want your orders to be delayed, so we’ve decided not to offer white ink printing for any of our holiday collection. If you’re ordering early and absolutely want white ink, please note that in the Additional Notes field of your card order.

Holiday Card Photos

Can I submit my order without a photo? 

We require all customers to submit a photo at the time of ordering. This allows us to offer a smoother post-checkout experience for all of our customers!

What are the requirements for photos?

In order to get the best results when printing your photo, please submit a high-resolution, uncropped photo. Nowadays, most smartphones are able to take photos at a high enough resolution for good print quality.

You'll see the best results if you choose a card orientation that matches your original photo orientation. For example, if you'd like to find a card that works for a photo that's wider than it is tall, look for a card that offers a landscape orientation.

If you'd like your photo cropped, please note it in the Additional Notes field and our designers will take care of it at no extra charge. We do offer some light Photoshop work for an additional fee.

How should I upload multiple photos?

If your card design allows for multiple photos, you can upload all of your secondary photos in the upload field titled "Secondary Photos." The Primary Photo is the main photo of your card, and placement can differ depending on the design.

If you'd like specific photos to appear in specific places on your card, please name your files clearly and/or give our designers direction in the Additional Notes field. Otherwise, our experienced in-house team will use their judgement to decide which photos to use in each spot!

What is the attached photo upgrade?

When you choose to upgrade to an attached photo, your card and front photo are printed separately. The photo is professionally printed on photo paper, then attached to the card by hand by our production team. This adds an extra special tactile touch to your keepsake card!

Please note that the photo will be permanently attached and is not removable. If your card also has a photo on the back, only your front photo will be attached.

If I choose to add an optional photo to the back of my card, what can I expect it to look like?

Depending on the orientation of your photo and the card design you choose, our experienced in-house designers will use their best judgement to decide what looks best for your card! If you have any specific requests, please note them in the Additional Notes field and we will do our best to meet them.

Please note, we do not allow more than two photos on the back of your card.

Why are you asking for permission to use my photo in marketing?

We love showing real CBP customers whenever possible! By giving us permission to use your family's photos, you agree to allow us to use your images, mostly for the holiday card products you see on our website, but also for anything else we might need.

We never use real last names (unless you want us to) and we are more than happy to change first names too! Reach out to marketing@chereeberry.com if you have any questions.
